working with strategium

Strategium is always looking for the next cadre of talented people able to make a difference across a varied workforce. With exciting opportunities in even better locations, we might just have something you are looking for. Select the job option from the list below to see our openings and opportunities.

Employment Pathways

At Strategium, we pride ourselves on the flexible approach we take to working with people. We are happy to propose, discuss and negotiate all possible employment models to establish a way of working that suits everyone. Whilst remuneration is based on a case by case examination, we are nevertheless happy to offer full time and part time employment options or independent contractor arrangements. As happens, as life changes around us and you want to explore different models, we can and will adapt with you.
We believe we take 'work/life balance' to the next stage of evolution. We strive to provide our people with the agency they need to make decisions about their employment that suits their life requirements. We find this is better than assuming there is a balance point - life is variable and our work should allow for that variability, not control our lives.
If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
